Patient Survey - April 2018

Patient Participation Group (PPG)

We have an active PPG who plan to meet once a month.  This group enables patients to voice their opinions on how well we are doing and to identify any areas of our service which we can improve.

We currently have five patient members:

Mrs Cheryl Fleetwood (Chair)

Mr Mohinder Dhaliwal

Mr Lionel Chandler

Mr Keith Mash

Mr Colin Pill

If you would like to participate in our patient participation group please leave your name, telephone number and email address (if you have one)  with the receptionist.

Over the coming months, the practice is going to be collecting email addresses for those patients who are happy to share them with us.  This will allow us to communicate more effectively with a larger number of people.  These addresses will not be shared with the PPG.  However, we will occasionally contact our email community with information that the PPG thinks should be shared, or to conduct surveys of your views.

Recruitment of new members of our PPG

We are actively seeking to recruit more members to our PPG.  We would like to truly represent our practice population and need more representatives from the following groups:

- patients who are carers

- female patients

- patients with disabilities and

- patients from ethnic minority patients

If you are interested in joining our group please contact Cheryl Fleetwood (Chair) via the surgery reception by leaving your details or via email on 240wexhamroad.ppg@nhs.net
